School-based Action Network
The School-based Action Network works with Forsyth County schools in specific elementary / middle / high school feeder patterns. The work is focused on engaging key stakeholders from the community surrounding these schools to participate in collaborative planning and action to improve outcomes for students within the feeder pattern schools.
