Do you want your child to be reading more often but you do not have the time to do it with them? If so, Wake Reads has you covered. This initiative, started by Wake Forest University, is an opportunity for members of the WFU community to share an age-appropriate story for children 3-10. These volunteers choose the book and record themselves reading the story. These videos are all posted on the Youtube Channel of the Office of Civic and Community Engagement. There are 30+ videos to choose from to ensure the best engaging experience for your child. This resource is also a fantastic way for children to enhance their literary skills.
